Kitten season is upon us and Cats Protection's branches and adoption centres are inundated with the patter of tiny paws.
Sadly, at this time of year thousands of kittens are dumped on the streets and left to fend for themselves. In short, they face a traumatic life filled with danger and uncertainty.
Cats Protection volunteers and staff are working flat out to give them the best start in life.

A similar situation will exist throughout the world so please don't buy kittens from shops or breeders ... there are plenty who desperately need loving homes.
